Our client, a leading provider of print and marketing services, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee client relationships, enhance satisfaction, and drive business growth. This role is fully remote, offering a unique opportunity to work with clients from around the world. If you excel in client management, have HubSpot experience, and are skilled in upselling and cross-selling, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact, providing excellent service and addressing client needs to ensure high satisfaction.
- Order Handling: Manage calls, order inquiries, and data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through additional services, adding value for clients.
- Client Retention: Develop strategies to retain clients, fostering loyalty and long-term relationships.
- HubSpot Utilization: Use HubSpot to track client interactions, maintain records, and support client management goals.
What Success Looks Like
- Effective Client Management: Build strong client relationships with timely issue resolution and high satisfaction.
- Accurate Order Processing: Process client orders efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
- Revenue Growth: Meet upsell and cross-sell targets, contributing to business growth.
- Client Retention: Implement strategies to maintain client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Proficient HubSpot Use: Utilize HubSpot effectively to support account management and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Client-Facing Experience: Prior experience in a client-oriented role with a focus on relationship management.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with HubSpot for managing client communications.
- Order Management Skills: Ability to handle inquiries, data entry, and order processing accurately.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling Experience: Proven success in identifying and securing upsell opportunities.
- Fluent English: Native fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
