Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Utilize tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp to track impressions, clicks, and email campaign metrics, ensuring effective data collection and analysis.
- UTM Tag Tracking: Monitor UTM tags on the website to evaluate traffic sources and campaign success.
- Campaign Monitoring: Measure and report on campaign engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Dashboards: Maintain performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns with broader company objectives.
Preferred (But Not Essential) Responsibilities:
- Content Support: Assist in executing digital campaigns, manage posting schedules, and optimize content with AI tools, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Brand Consistency: Work with the design team to maintain a cohesive brand voice across digital assets.
- Asset Organization: Manage digital assets, ensuring easy access for future campaigns.
Success Metrics
- Accurate Campaign Tracking: Deliver actionable insights by tracking and analyzing campaign metrics such as email performance and UTM tags.
- Well-Maintained Dashboards: Keep dashboards current with insights on campaign success and engagement.
- Optimized Content: Ensure campaign content is effectively optimized, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Organized Digital Assets: Digital assets are managed efficiently for streamlined marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, focusing on analytics and performance tracking. Experience with HubSpot and Mailchimp is required.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis abilities, particularly with UTM tracking and campaign metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience in cross-functional teamwork.
- Attention to Detail: High level of organization and precision in managing data and digital assets.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with performance monitoring tools and dashboards to derive actionable insights.
- AI Tools Knowledge (Nice to Have): Familiarity with AI tools for content optimization and automation is advantageous.
- Brand Management (Nice to Have): Experience ensuring brand consistency across digital assets is beneficial.
