Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken English speaker with a strong command of Microsoft tools. This role requires handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and contributing to customer satisfaction in a supportive and professional manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly
  • Offer accurate product/service information and support
  • Maintain and organize customer records
  • Conduct research and data entry as required
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements

  • Gender: Female candidate
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service or Call Center Support
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Fluent in written and spoken English
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
    • Reliable internet connection and computer hardware
  • Location: Residency in Lagos, Island preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
