Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken English speaker with a strong command of Microsoft tools. This role requires handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and contributing to customer satisfaction in a supportive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Offer accurate product/service information and support
- Maintain and organize customer records
- Conduct research and data entry as required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
- Gender: Female candidate
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service or Call Center Support
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware
- Location: Residency in Lagos, Island preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
